Hey guys , this month I will be riding 150km or more to support mental health and would love it if you could support my rides!
As we all know , mental health has touched all of our lives in someway whether that be personally or someone we love or know, and every little bit we can do to show support or help to fund more support options for Australians goes a long way!

Exciting News: Sessions Open!! Private PT Studio!
Hey everyone! I have some fantastic news to share with you all. After months of hard work and dedication, I am so excited to announce that sessions are finally opening up in my PT studio!
For those who may not know, I have been a certified personal trainer for around 14 years now, and I have always dreamed of having my own space to help clients reach their strength and fitness goals while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for my clients.
One of the biggest advantages of training in a home-based studio is the personalized attention and privacy it offers. With a limited number of clients, I can focus entirely on your needs, goals, and progress. Each session will be tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring that you get the most out of your training experience.
Additionally, my home PT studio is equipped with state-of-the-art commercial gym equipment, including Dumbbells, Hack squat machine- multi station Cable machine and squat rack with Olympic Barbells and weights plates which can be adapted to suit clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Some pretty shapes on the pole - I’m still working on my mobility after years of rigid weight training and heavy lifts that leave me pretty locked up - it’s so nice to have a way to train my mobility without getting bored , as anyone who knows me knows that my mind works at a million miles an hour and sitting down for a solid stretch session really bores me!

Strength has many hats ! This is me doing a shoulder dismount - my face says I’m good but inside my traps and core are screaming !
Pole is something I’ve been playing around with for about 6 months now and I love every second of it - it’s such a challenge for my core , upper body and flexibility and it’s been nice to find something that reignites my passion for my training and new movements to learn!
Let’s be real here, weights can get boring at times and it’s so easy to feel that “Groundhog Day” approaching your training- we see so many videos on Insta of random s**t that people make up just to keep things interesting - but at the end of the day - what is the purpose behind it?
The movements that get you results and change your body composition are the same ones you have done for years and repetition is the key! And no amount of hanging your feet up in a rig and rowing your body weight with a bench hanging from your waist is gonna get you there faster than a barbell row or a chin up or a lat pull down- that’s the honest truth! I’m a firm believer in purposeful training- why you do something should have a set reason and result in mind and should be relative to your goals and there are plenty of things that are a great way to build strength, confidence and mix up your training and I think it’s super important to find something you enjoy and keeps the joy rolling in and the results too !

Yesterday I got asked - what’s my secret to getting defined Abs?
My Answer was -Mainly it comes down to Good Nutrition!
I think you will be happy to know that doing 100 crunches and hours of cardio every day will not get you Abs any faster than just consistent full body training and healthy nutrition!
Yes, you can target your abs and core with resistance training , but at the end of the day the body fat has to come off to see all the hard work you have put in !
The truth is - getting a six-pack takes both work and knowledge. It is estimated that defining your abs comes down to 80% good nutrition, 10% exercise and 10% genetics and age.
“Spot reduction” or “toning” a certain area doesn’t really exist as you also need to lose overall body fat to see the definition in those muscles– and that requires a combination of both good nutrition and consistent exercise.
And so your next question may be - what diet do I follow to get there - we’ll the answer is ….. one you can actually stick to and make it a habit !
