𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝! As all of our community is well aware, the courts have seen better days (major understatement), and are in desperate need of repair. We’ve worked hard to get support for a courts upgrade, and 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏 – 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲! The City of Charles Sturt has included our Tennis Courts Upgrade Bid in their draft business plan, which is now open for public consultation. We need our community to show their support!

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. Our club is a champion of this community – we keep our fees low so everyone can take part, we welcome all, embrace our diversity and champion our youth. But without courts we can use, this is impossible. Please support us in this bid, to make the club viable for years to come! Deadline is at the end of April so please help us ASAP!!!

Did you know that Flinders Park Tennis Club has been providing ‘Growing for Gold' school holiday clinics for the City Of Charles Sturt for around 20 years now …& we’ve never missed a single one!!

A big thank you to our awesome coaches who volunteer their time coaching and encouraging the kids, and to the City Of Charles Sturt for continuing to run this program when most other Councils stopped. This program offers the opportunity for children to try all sorts of activities they might normally overlook. It also helps parents to keep kids active and engaged during the school holidays. We look forward to continuing working with the council to provide ongoing services to our wonderful community 👍🎾💕
