Your best ability isn’t speed.
It isn’t strength.
It isn’t skill.
It’s availability.
Because none of those things matter if you’re sitting on the sidelines.
Most athletes spend years chasing performance but never take the time to understand the body that’s producing it.
At True Function, we believe education is part of performance.
Athletes should know more than drills, sets, and plays.
They should understand how their body moves, how it handles load, where it compensates, and what it needs to stay healthy and performing at a high level.
That’s why our system is built in layers.
Awareness before intensity.
Structure before strength.
Connection before power.
Capacity before chaos.
Our White Belt Foundation program teaches athletes how to understand their body, improve movement quality, develop control, and build the habits that support long term performance.
Because when athletes understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it, they become more resilient, more adaptable, and less reliant on someone constantly telling them what to do.
A great example is Jack McVeigh.
Since we started working together in 2020, he has not missed a game due to a non contact injury. The only games missed have come from contact related incidents that are difficult to prevent in sport.
That’s not because of one exercise.
It’s the result of consistently investing in movement quality, self awareness, education, recovery habits, and building a body that can tolerate the demands of the game.
Performance gets the attention.
Availability creates the opportunity.
Train smarter. Stay in the game.

Most programs focus on getting you fitter.
More reps.
More sets.
More conditioning.
More work.
There’s nothing wrong with that.
But if the foundation underneath it isn’t there, fitness often becomes compensation.
At True Function, we believe performance should be built in layers.
Before chasing output, athletes need awareness.
Before loading strength, they need structure.
Before expressing power, they need connection and control.
That’s why our system starts with foundations.
Our White Belt Foundation program teaches athletes how to understand their body, improve movement quality, develop control, and build the habits that support long term performance.
From there, every layer has a purpose.
Awareness before intensity.
Structure before strength.
Connection before power.
Because the goal isn’t just to train harder.
The goal is to become a better athlete.
One that moves efficiently.
Handles load better.
Recovers faster.
And stays available when it matters most.
Train smart. Stay in the game.

Most athletes are told what to do.
Very few are taught why.
At True Function, we believe performance starts with understanding your body.
Learn what you’re feeling.
Understand what you’re changing.
Then perform with confidence.
Because when awareness, structure and movement work together, performance becomes more repeatable and injuries become less likely.
Learn.
Understand.
Perform.
Train smarter. Stay in the game.

Most athletes spend hours training their sport.
Very few spend time improving the system that runs it.
The feet. The breath. The ability to transfer force. The ability to absorb load. The ability to stay available when the season gets tough.
Performance isn’t just about skill.
It’s about having a body that can express that skill consistently.
Train the athlete, not just the sport.
Train smart. Stay in the game.
If you’re serious about improving how your body moves, performs, and recovers, DM TRUE and let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Most coaches tell you what to do.
Our goal is different.
We want you to understand your body well enough that you don’t need someone standing next to you every step of the way.
When you understand how to feel, adapt, recover, and move with purpose, you stop guessing and start taking ownership of your performance.
That’s where long term results come from.
Train smarter. Stay in the game.
DM TRUE if you’re ready to learn how to manage your body, not just train it.

Most athletes chase more power.
More weight.
More speed.
More intensity.
But power without control eventually catches up with you.
When your body can’t absorb force, transfer force, or organise itself under pressure, performance starts to leak.
The athletes who stay in the game longest aren’t always the strongest.
They’re the ones who can control what they create.
At True Function, we build awareness first, structure second, and power third.
Because force is only useful if your body knows where to put it.
Train smarter.
Stay in the game.
If you’re serious about staying in the game and think we’d be a good fit, DM “TRUE” and tell us why you want to work with us.
