Pop 'N' ko Racing

Today was the start of our 2024 season. We headed up to Loxton Dirt Kart Club for round 1 of the JKC Series. It was Willows first meeting today and after an engine issue on the first race she enjoyed 3 races and grew in confidence with each race. Both Savvy and Dakota enjoyed good results and lots of fun in the midgets. Savvy now has just one more meeting on the midget class before moving up to race in the rookie class with her sister Willow.

We are almost set for the 2024 season. 2 fresh Midget karts for Dakota and Savannah. A 3rd kart will be joining the team in the next week or 2 as Willow will join in the Rookie class

We have now purchased a second midget kart and have another granddaughter Savannah almost ready to join her cousin Dakota out on the track.
We will be having this weekend off before heading to Bordertown for round 4 of the JKC series with Dakota racing.
The following weekend we will travel to Blanchetown where Dakota will be joined on the track for the first time by her cousin Savannah making her debut.

Yesterday we ventured out to Adelaide Dirt Kart Club for the running of the Mini Jam. It was a great day well organised with prizes and give aways organised by the club for the young drivers. Dakota had a great day with her strongest results so far picking up her first win. Unfortunately we could only be there for half the day due to some prior engagements.

We spent yesterday racing at Adelaide Dirt Kart Club for round 2 of the JKC series.
Dakota had a brilliant day of driving passing lots of cars and being just behind some of the fast kids.
We now take a 2 week break before heading to Loxton for round 3.

We are all set for racing at Adelaide Dirt Kart Club. Over 200 nominations for today so a good day to come out and have a look.

We headed up to Blanchetown early this morning to compete in the Midget trophy cup. We were greeted with a magnificent sunrise and a beautiful day. It was Dakotas first time racing at Blanchetown and competed in 5 races over the course of the day getting more confident and faster with each run and was passing a few cars in her last race.
We will now do some maintenance and a couple of minor repairs before headingto Adelaide Dirt Kart Club this coming saturday for round 2 of the JKC series.
