Oops I did it again.

Been a hot minute since I posted here. Congratulations to for his debut and win with a massive 40kg PB total, and for his 52.5kg PB. I programmed for both of these gentlemen over the past year.

I get asked (once a month) if I still coach anymore. The short answer is yes, but it's an extremely small part of our business and work over at . We are now an NDIS registered provider with a team of 6, ie it's a real business.

I have no interest in going back to the membership coaching model/professional spreadsheet updater. Instead, we do consultancy service where clients can either plan a few weeks, months, or a year worth of planning/programming. This honours both my time and the client's money without making me a spreadsheet monkey.

My books aren't currently open, but you're welcome to flick a message to discuss.
