A beautiful new space created with love to help nurture and support our little people 🌈💛

Together, Christine and I are so excited to offer Soulful Kidz — a gentle wellbeing group designed to help children feel calm, connected, grounded and supported in today’s busy world.

Through fun movement, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, creative activities and connection, children will learn simple tools to:

🌿 Calm and regulate big emotions
🌿 Ground and reset their nervous systems
🌿 Build confidence and self-awareness
🌿 Connect with themselves and others
🌿 Feel safe, supported and seen

Our intention is to help nurture a generation of children who feel emotionally supported, connected and empowered with tools they can carry through life 🤍

We cannot wait to welcome your beautiful children into this safe and nurturing space.
