As I reflect, my dream was always to create a space for everyone—whether it’s your first time exercising, your first time doing Pilates, or you’re seasoned. A space for Mummas to bring their bubs so they can have time for themselves in between the waves of motherhood and a space for Mummas to be.

A space where, the moment you walk in, the world slows down. 45 minutes just for you — to clear your head, step away from the day, and nurture both mind and body. A place where you learn how your body moves, feel your muscles burn, and leave on a high from those post-class endorphins.

There are many spaces like that, but I wanted Pulse to be different. Community was everything to me. The kind of place where you walk in, smile, say hello to the person next to you, and maybe even make a friend. I’ve been to so many studios where that was missing—where you just come in, do your thing, and leave. And while sometimes, that’s exactly what you need, I also believed in creating a space where you could have both. A place where, whether you want to chat and connect or simply move and breathe, you belong.

And that’s what you all created. A safe, welcoming space. A community built on connection, love, and friendship.

I’m endlessly grateful for each and every one of you. Pulse wouldn’t have been what it was without you.

I hope you carry this with you into the next Pilates space you step into—be confident, be you, and enjoy. That has always been my dream, to create something that stays with you, wherever your journey takes you.

This isn’t goodbye—just see you later.

Hold the pulses… because Pulse is pausing! 🥹

16 months of sweat, spice, shaky legs, and the best kind of Pilates burn. From Beach Pilates to the studio, 258 legends have walked through these doors, filling 100 spots a week, across 33-34 classes—and let’s be real, most of those weeks were fully booked because you lot are obsessed (and I love it).

The friendships, the giggles, the “OMG, why is this so hard?!” moments—I’ll miss it all. You’ve built this community just as much as I have, and I couldn’t be more grateful. 💜

But don’t go unrolling your mats just yet… this isn’t goodbye, just a little pause while Marcus, Pudge, and I chase the sun in QLD! ☀️

And because I know you’ll miss my cheeky cues and sneaky ab burners, online on-demand classes are coming soon. So, no excuses—I’ll still be keeping an eye on you. 😉 Stay tuned! 💻✨
