At Bridge to Fitness (B2F), all of my classes are designed to get us moving to the music because I believe there is no better way to exercise than to move along to a fun sing-along song, a driving beat or a cheesy classic tune. Fun Fitness on Fridays!

💃 Love a good tune and a cheeky workout? 🎶

If you’re the type who prefers sweating it out to music with a great community (not staring at a treadmill screen 😴), this is for you!

We run energetic, feel-good group fitness classes — no lock-in memberships, no sneaky fees, no pressure. Just big laughs, great beats, and a whole lot of sass. 💅

Wowee!!

How much fun was OPEN WEEK AT BRIDGE TO FITNESS !!

I was so thrilled to see so many new faces come through our doors across our three beautiful venues (Belair Community Centre, Clarence Park Community Centre & Karinya Community Hall (aka Eden Hills Scout Group).

I hope you enjoyed all of our classes as much as I did and I can't wait to see you all back next week!

Shoutout to all my regular students who shared the heck out it to all their family and friends (even if they didn't manage to come along this time - there's always a class they can come to).

Appreciation post too, to the local cafes and shops in Blackwood, Belair and Clarence Park for their support in allowing the Open Week Flyers in their windows - I will be visiting all of you very soon to repay your support!
