It’s a great full-body exercise working multiple muscle groups from head to toe. Working your hamstrings, gluteal muscles, quadriceps and your calves all in one movement.

They work to develop your muscles while targeting your core, shoulders, back, and grip. After an intense slam session, you'll be sore but this is full body conditioning at its finest.

How much water do you drink, is the million dollar question?
Ideally, you should be drinking 2-3 litres of water per day, especially when exercising intensely staying hydrated can help you perform at your absolute best.
