Launch date update: 17 April
Mummy + Me Pilates 🌿
We’re running our very first Mummy + Me Pilates class and you’re invited.
📅 17 April
⏰ 11:30am
Join us for a 40-minute mat-style full body Pilates class, followed by time to chat and meet other mums. It’s a relaxed space to move your body, get some fresh air, and connect with people who are in the same season of life.
This class is designed with babies in mind.
There might be feeds, nappy changes, pram rocking, or a quick cuddle break — and that’s completely expected here.
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s simply about moving, breathing, and connecting.
What to bring for you:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• Sunscreen
For baby:
• Pram (optional)
• Carrier (optional)
• blanket
Come as you are, babies and all.
Messy buns, coffee in hand, mid-nap arrivals… all welcome.
Will we see you there? 🤍

Our Mummy + Me Pilates Pop-Up is coming to the park on 10 April — pram naps are a win, mid-session feeds are totally the norm, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🛻✨
Think fresh air, feel-good movement, and a whole lot of mum energy. Stress free, just you, your little one, and a community of tired-but-thriving mummas.

I get it; the online fitness world is saturated with coaches. But I’m not just another one. Let me share why I’m passionate about this and why I want to help you.
I’ve dedicated a decade to this industry, and I didn’t do it for vanity. In the beginning, I risked it all just to meet a certain standard. Chronic dieting, overtraining, burnout, weight rebounds, and stress were my companions on that journey.
Over the years, I’ve watched countless women go through the same exhausting cycle. It’s time for a change. Women deserve nourishment, workouts tailored to their unique goals, tracking their cycles, and listening to what their bodies are saying. This is my purpose; this is my why. 💪🌟

There are numerous techniques to lose weight (body fat).
The technique that offers the least resistance is usually the one that works for one reason… the dieter adheres to it!
By making simple smart swaps you can still enjoy your favourite pasta dish and still see the results you desire.
