What is this crazy thing you speak of called "Laughter Yoga"? Laughter Yoga is a new form of exercise created around 15 years ago where *anyone* can laugh for absolutely no reason! It is great for boosting the immune system, improving circulation, raising moods, connecting people and creating a dynamic and joyous sense of play and creativity! There are no physical requirements other than the ability to breathe and laugh! Laughter yoga sessions can be catered to almost any group. Packages are offered for small, private groups; corporate training sessions; teacher staff days and a range of other programmes. Most programmes go for approximately 45 minutes to an hour, but short 15 minute "energiser" sessions can be planned throughout a day, and extended trainings are also offered over 5 or more weeks.
