Founded in 2013, aeroMOVES is one of Adelaide's largest Aerobic Gymnastics clubs in the metropolitan area.

Aerobic Gymnastics is a high impact, high energy sport which abides by the FIG code of points. Aerobic Gymnastics develops agility, co-ordination and self confidence for all athletes and while its also building strength and flexibility.
