After 14 amazing years of fitness, sadly, our doors have closed for the last time.
From the very beginning, we set out to create a space that absolutely everyone felt comfortable stepping into to improve their health and fitness.
Regardless of who you were, where you’d come from, what your current ability was or what your goals were, you were welcome at Tenacity and when you walked through our doors we wanted you to feel genuinely cared about.
We put our hearts and souls into creating the strongest and most welcoming community we possibly could and with the help of all our amazing members over the years, we did just that.
We shared the happiest of times together, we consoled each through the darkest times and we supported each other through everything in between. We seen lifelong friendships form, relationships blossom, kids born and grow up in the gym and most importantly, countless everyday people change their lives through fitness.
Tenacity truly was more than a gym, it was home for so many and we were a family.
To all of our amazing members, staff and helpers over the past 14 years, the most heart felt thank you goes to all of you. Tenacity was the amazing place that it was because of you. Our people are what made us and we will never be able to thank you all enough for everything that you’ve contributed to this great place.

We often get questions asking if you need to already be 'fit' to start here at Tenacity and the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Whether you're starting from zero and have no prior gym or training experience or you're an 'experienced exerciser' that's had some time off and perhaps aren't in the condition that you used to be, you can absolutely get started with us here at Tenacity. In fact, that's the perfect time to get started.
Our coaches will meet you exactly where you're at, teach you everything you need to know about joining our classes and feeling comfortable and confident with your training and we will always modify or individualise movements and workout formats to suit your current ability.
We are passionate about helping people wind back the clock and feel, fitter, stronger, more functional and able.
It is never too late to get your mojo back!

We coach individuals.
We run group classes and everyone follows the same program but we know that each of our members have different needs, are at different levels and on any given day need differing levels of intensity. That’s why we always coach and communicate with each member and modify or individualise what we need to in every session!
We also make pretty sweet smoothies too 😆
