💫What if your “edge” isn’t a finish line? 💫

Often in yoga, we think the “edge” is the deepest, most intense version of a pose. But the true edge is actually the space where effort meets ease. It’s that sweet spot where you feel challenged and present, but your breath is still fluid and soft.

Tomorrow Night, we’re exploring the art of listening over forcing. We’ll flow through a sequence designed to help you find your personal threshold • learning when to lean in and, more importantly, when to honor the power of backing off.

What to expect:

Alignment: Working with foundational poses and noticing the first signs of resistance.

Flow: Discovering the “sweet spot” where the intensity of the pose meets the stillness of the mind.

Guided Meditation: Letting go of the “doing” and entering the “being”. ✨

What to expect:

Alignment: Breaking down foundational postures to find fresh stability.

Flow: Moving with intention, letting go of the need for “perfect” form.

Guided Meditation: Shedding expectations and embracing the “now.”

Hi, I’m Ben👋

I’m so excited to finally share this space with you. My passion for yoga is rooted in building strong foundations, teaching from the base up so every body can feel supported, confident, and connected in their practice.

I completed my 200-hour teacher training last year, and since then I’ve been focused on creating classes that feel accessible, intentional, and real. My Align & Flow classes are designed to meet you where you’re at • whether you’re brand new or deepening your practice • with a focus on alignment, breath, and moving with awareness.

Right now, I’m offering Tuesday night classes at .studio at 6pm • keeping them small and intimate so there’s space to learn, ask questions, and grow in confidence. This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited to see where we all grow from here.
