After an incredible journey building this gym and community, the time has come to hand over the reins.
It’s been 7 years of hard work, early mornings, loud music, heavy lifts, sweaty fist bumps, and watching my athletes crush PR’s they never thought possible. I couldn’t be prouder of the community we’ve created together. Watching people grow and develop grit has been amazing.
But every chapter has its time, and I’ve made the decision to sell the gym to the team at . These guys live and breathe strength, strongman, powerlifting, and functional fitness and they’re pumped to bring their crew in, grow the space, and keep the legacy of hard work and good people going.
To everyone who’s trained here, supported the gym, or been part of this crazy ride, THANK YOU. Couldn’t have done it without you.

This past week at our athletes worked through their basic strength movements with a hypertrophy focus, while the conditioning pieces were short/medium in length (next week this changes), and lastly a couple of cheeky 1RMs in the power snatch/clean department 😍

Week 2 of our 1RM testing block is complete! Our athletes attempted the following lifts:
- Clean
- Split Jerk
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Deadlift
- Shoulder Press
Then they closed off the week with some big conditioning pieces like HERO WOD MURPH 💪🏻
