Tuesdays are for movement and joy! 💃🕺🏼

Join us for Dance Mix Class at the Kauri Community & Sports Centre in Seacliff from 1:45–2:45pm. I’m so grateful for this beautiful group of ladies, always willing, cheerful, and full of energy. It truly makes every class special.

Today, we explored movement using props, specifically, a ball. Incorporating props into a class is a wonderful way to enhance coordination, improve focus, and bring a playful element to the practice. It challenges both the body and the mind, encouraging creativity, balance, and connection through movement.

Welcome, May ✨

As we gently say goodbye to the long sunny days and warm temperatures, we open space to welcome a new season , one that invites us to slow down, reconnect, and care for ourselves in deeper ways.

Through yoga and movement, I continue sharing my work across different Community Centers here in Adelaide, creating spaces where body and mind can find balance, strength, and calm. This time of the year is a beautiful reminder to nurture our physical and mental health, to move with intention, and to honor what our bodies need.

As the cooler days approach, let’s embrace this transition with awareness and gratitude. Let’s stay active, grounded, and connected, not only with our bodies, but also with our community.

International Dance Day – April 29 💃✨

My journey with dance began a long time ago, back in 1983. I still remember my very first teacher, , who sparked in me a deep love and passion for this beautiful art form. Since then, dance has been a constant presence in my life — shaping who I am and how I connect with the world.

Today, I celebrate dance not just as movement, but as a powerful way to express, to heal, and to transform lives in so many different ways. I feel truly grateful to share my knowledge, experience, and passion with others every single day.

A heartfelt thank you to all the teachers who have been part of my journey — your guidance and inspiration continue to live through me and in everything I do.

Dance is more than steps… it’s a feeling, a story, a connection. And I celebrate it every day. 💛
