Adelaide Netball Academy Div 2 undefeated the entire Netball Academy Games. Great team and bunch of girls.

It was a season full of ups and down. I los a bit of intensity in the last few games but brought it home strong in our last game for the season. We won the U17 Div 2. I look forward to another year in this age group. Well done to the team.
The Div 1 team also won. We both beat Contax in our Grand Finals.
Back into the car park to escape the storm and being COVID compliant. 3 sets of 3x50m. Up hill and then about 15m on flat at the end.

Hopping hurdles.. same foot all the way to the end. Foam mats in between to activate more stabilising muscles and force better balance.
First time doing hip thrusts 3 sets of 8 - 70kgs. Fraser from Limitless Athletic Development training me. Little sister is coming to the sessions the week after next. I’ll film and share her doing some of the basics.
