Some rainbows and a Batman one of the girls did on me on Monday, that I forgot to post - lol at the moustache and freckles that was added, that class likes to prank each other with unexpected additions!

Tonight miss A, the 5yo younger sister of miss E, had a turn at painting because we had uneven numbers - she did such a great job!! So did all the girls - Batman and rainbows this week 💜🌈🦇

This week we’ve been learning crowns - they’ve all done so well!

Today we finished the week out with tigers! And when we got interrupted by a hail storm, of course we had a quick play in it 🤣

📣 Important Update: Term 3 Face Painting Course Postponed
Hey everyone! Just a quick update about the kids' face painting course I had planned for Term 3. Due to my uni commitments, I’ve had to make the call to postpone the course to Term 4. This doesn't effect the current Term 2 course 😀

Thanks so much for your understanding and continued support – I truly appreciate it. If you’ve already expressed interest or were hoping to join in Term 3, I’ll make sure you get first dibs on Term 4 spots 💜

(The kit price is a little higher this term because it now includes full-size black and white cakes instead of mini ones — we found we were going through those colours super quickly! As always, kits are sold at cost price only)

More beautiful butterflies today!

It’s butterfly week in the course! How amazing are these - the first time any of them have painted a butterfly and they all did beautiful work 😍
The first two weeks we learnt all the techniques and elements they need to do any design - so now they are putting those techniques into practice with some beautiful designs 💜

Practice makes progress - I’ve put the first butterfly I ever painted (in 2012!) in the comments. I think we can all agree these girls did ten times better than my first attempt!

Im now planning for next term, starting July 28 (Week 2 of Term 3). Im not 100% sure which days classes will run yet, but Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday afternoons are the most likely. 🎨 If you were really hoping to join this term, there is still one spot left in each of the Monday and Tuesday classes, and 2 spots in the home ed class. Since each lesson builds on the one before it, you'll need to complete the Week 1 content before joining - this can be done through a one-on-one makeup session. These are shorter, just long enough to cover the material and are discounted to $50 (normally $100 for a one-on-one class) if you're continuing the rest of the term in a group class.
(this doesn't apply to those that have already discussed using Sunday as a makeup class this week)
