Here is an insight into a ToneFit Session at Strong Bodies by Alice. These sessions run four times a week, in four week blocks to ensure you are progressing towards your goals. They are full body resistance training sessions, designed to build lean muscle mass, increase aerobic fitness, boost metabolism and give you a strong, sculpted body.

I’m Alice, a professional fitness and nutrition coach.
To create strong bodies, we need to be nourishing and keeping our bodies’ healthy though wholesome food and exercise. That’s why at Strong Bodies by Alice I aim to ignite your love of nutrition and exercise, and change the way you view health for good. Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Student)
• Certificate III and IV in Personal Training
• Certified HIRT Trai
Hi all! If your gym or usual training facilities have shut down I have a few options for those still wanting to train and stay sane in these wild times.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
We are still running small group sessions here at Strong Bodies by Alice.
They are run in an under cover outdoor studio, and currently with reduced class sizes of max 4 people per session to align with social distancing regulations, and outdoor boot camps with max 10 people.
I have a free week trial that you are more than welcome to use to try out sessions.
STUDIO + EQUIPMENT USE:
If you aren't a group training person but still want to train I've got 'open gym' times throughout the day, again limited to 4 people here at once so bookings are required. We have a range of free weights and various conditioning equipment.
Obviously if you are unwell or in quarantine you won't be able to come, and we are being vigilant with cleaning equipment and the space.
