Season 25/26’ Wrapped up with our Wind-Up Done & Dusted!!!
What a day, & what a season it was!!
Firstly, thank you to Kangaroo Island Basketball Association, the umpires, all our players, members and supporters that got on board with the Penneshaw Pistons Basketball Club for our debut season. Couldn’t have asked for anything more and ecstatic is an understatement. It was just a fun year all round, with such a great bunch of people around the club.
Pistons will also take this opportunity to congratulate Dakota Burracchio on being awarded the “Kangaroo Island Junior Islander award”. An award that is voted upon by her peers from all the clubs in the Kiba. The award highlights her dedication to the sport on Kangaroo Island including her achievements on and off the court, her coaching, volunteering, being a Kiba delegate and of course her commitment to Pistons, and her involvement to form this great new club. Congratulations Dakota, an outstanding achievement and we are all very proud of you.
