🔈 Sound on. Trying to find spinal control to save your back. First in a controlled environment so it can be done in a chaotic one. Crawl before trying to walk. Can save your back a lot of pain learning to stabilise in the right way.

16 of each then 10 of each.

Real simple one worth saving for a home workout if you haven’t had time to get to the gym ✌️
