Deadlifts are highly effective at increasing functional strength due to the activation of your largest lower body muscles. They also train you for the functional activity of safely lifting objects off of the floor, which is a key skill for day-to-day activities.
Deadlifts can also be very dangerous if not done correctly. It’s important to first master the form before going heavy.

I find boxing as an effective way to improve, stamina, agility, time reaction, eyes, hands, and legs coordination and just your overall fitness level. I enjoy boxing because of the different movements involved and the level of alertness it triggers. You working hard, burning calories and having fun at the same time.
Check this out:
It takes approximately 1hr of walking to burn 415 calories.
Approximately 1hr of Running to burn 557 calories
Approximately 1hr of boxing to burn…guess how much? A whooping 800 calories. That is almost double the amount of walking. You would have to do 2 hours of walking to burn what boxing burns in 1 hour 🤯.
