Rachel's new Neuhaus Hummingbird came together a little while ago, but she's only just picked it up, and we didn't want to spoil the reveal!

Vijaya's new Bombtrack Bicycle Co. Arise Tour is a rare sort of bike that is chock full of 'accessories' out of the box. A real vehicle, with racks, dynamo, guards, and room for much more.

Obviously this bike could cross continents, but it'll make a fantastic all-weather, all-roads, all-things commuter too. Surprisingly stock, the only real changes - so far - are some plump Panaracer semi-slicks to suit Mparntwe's mixed surfaces, and a colour-matched CRANE Bell Co. E-Ne.

Regular viewers may remember our handful of refurbished 'summer project' bikes last year. This one is in the same vein but quite a bit more special.

This Bombtrack Bicycle Co. Beyond Plus has been rebuilt from a bare frame, with loads of new components, and heaps of details. Handbuilt wheels, sweet The Official Intergalactic Surly Regional HQ treads, a full kLite.com.au dynamo system, Restrap bag, Old Man Mountain rack, and cages. A super commuter / adventure bike that's ready to go anywhere.

Anna's new(ish) steed has a bit of a story - it was a demonstrator for Krischan at EightyOneSpices, Oz distributors of CrossWorx Cycles.

This Lite290 is loaded with goodies fromIntend , Ingrid Components, and Formula , and colour-matched to boot. It's obvious from a glance that it's an interesting build - it's had plenty of press coverage in it's past life. More importantly it's a great fit for Anna's upcoming trip, and is already giving her more confidence on some of Mparntwe's rougher, steeper routes.

We've done plenty of cool stuff for Rachel before, but she is technically an interstate client now, which is pretty rad.

Also rad - well made steel hardtails. Simple, functional design. Sliding dropouts.

Keep your eyes peeled for this one, 'cause it's going to be pretty neat.

Summer's here and we've already got a few project bikes lined up. This first one is a modern classic - the Bombtrack Bicycle Co. Beyond Plus - refined, adaptable, sturdy.
We're looking for expressions of interest and also just input on what to do with it! Put a fork and dropper post into it and make a bullet-proof hardtail MTB? Load it up with racks and a dynamo for the ultimate 'go anywhere' adventure bike?

Either way this large frame will be looking for a home so reach out if you're interested!

Yeti Cycles turned 40 this year, and celebrated with some special edition models. Steve turned 60, and decided to celebrate with an ASR. We were of course happy to oblige.

Many modern bikes are becoming quite proprietary or difficult to maintain, funky shocks, silly cable routing, or just real form (or weight) over function type design.
This ASR is a great example of a truly special, nice bike, that is still straight-forward to work on, both now and into the future.

A bunch of amazing work from Yeti and their partners made this really cool out of the box, but Steve has of course added some flair (and even more purple).

Dan's Santa Cruz Bicycles Tallboy is - like so many of our projects - a little special. The frameset (from another good client of ours) has been built up to match Dan's riding, keeping things efficient but confident.

Formula Cura brakes are fast becoming a favourite of ours for their predictable, smooth power, and the RGTec levers upgrade an already light pull to effortless.
Tune Race 30 wheelset keeps the weight down, and speed up. Wrapped in fast but capable Teravail rubber, with CushCore inserts for insurance.
RitcheyLogic and e*thirteen components round out the finishing kit, with some bonus blue from Cane Creek Cycling Components and Wolf Tooth Components .

Janine's Cannondale F29 Black Inc was a special bike back in 2014, but as a modernised, sub-9kg singlespeed, it's really something else. Remarkably, it's no silly-light show bike either, with proper 2.4" Teravail treads, Intend rotors, comfy grips and sensible pedals.
