Team 69 Performance

-Unfortunately the Elite 8️⃣ is all Sonny was good for in this years Formula 500’s Victoria Playoffs series
-After a DNF in Rd 1 at Simpson Sonny had buried himself points wise leading into the Final 2 races

-And after leading the points all year unfortunately Bell Brothers Racing didn’t quite come home with the big cheque with a DNF in the Final 4️⃣ round at Simpson
-Congrats to Jake Hose and Phil Johnson on Playoffs Series Win💪🏼

-King of the Coast @ Moruya Speedway Results:
Evie N1: DNF in A-main
Evie N2: 10th in A-main

-With Sonny being unavailable to race due to prior commitments, it was just Evie flying the Team Jettco flag
-On the opening night Evie was showing some serious speed from the beginning even picking up a heat win along the way, unfortunately a crew chief error cut her feature race early while running a comfortable 🥉 place.🤦‍♂️🤔
-The second night was off to a great start too, qualifying 5th out of 22 cars and then going on to crack a top 10 finish

-Evie was fast… until she wasn’t, after starting out of 6th in the big dance her night was cut short after a heim broke off the LR arm🙁
-Sonny on the other hand had a bit of luck in his heat racing with a few cars dropping out which had him starting up the front of the field. Third is all he was good for👊🏼
-Shoutout out to Flash, Curtis and Morsey for all there help on the night and Curtis for washing up with the boys today too💪🏼

Sonny: 6th in B-main

-Both cars were looking really good on points after the first round of heats with Evie even picking up a heat win! Unfortunately both the 69s and v69 had a DNF in the second round of heat racing which ultimately buried them for the features🙁
-All and all a great weekend away that wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our great supporters👍🏼
-Congrats to Terry Rankin Motorsport on a great win, it couldnt have gone to a more deserving team💪🏼

-It was another valuable meeting this past weekend, getting one last run in at borderline before the National Title in two weeks time.
-Murray Bridge is next up this weekend for the 2026 65 Roses Championship, raising awareness for Cystic Fibrosis🙌🏼

-Evie was rolling along great in the B-main, even driving out under Sonny mid race for 2nd place, Until the motor got hot and she dropped back down to 7th
-Sonny was the last transfer into the feature but unfortunately didnt get to cut a single lap in the A with a spindle nut stripping and losing the LF wheel at the flag stand
-Was great to see all four siblings back on the track together, even 3 of the 4 racing eachother for a transfer out of the B-main😅
