Unfortunate end to our Rally of Bathurst with the car loosing power and overheating just 5kms into the first stage of the day

Well this has turned from a simple oil change to a not so simple rebuild, going to be a big week to get to the Rally of Bathurst

Finished the day 12th outright, and the car is a bit battered and bruised. After changing the rear left driveshaft during the 2nd service, we continued out to finish the last 4 stages of the day.

We ended the day with a bent control arm, a flat tyre and 4 cracked rims.

Unfortunately not the end to the weekend that we had quite hoped for.

Starting with overheating problems resulted in a big end bearing issue in the engine.
