We totally get it! We can't leave our beautiful boy home either.

He goes where we go and loves his trips to Kangaroo Island with us.

We can let him off lead on Baudin Beach and he has a blast exploring the rock pools at low tide or doing zoomies between us.

We dont have a fully enclosed yard but we allow pets inside and our very large deck is securely gated.

Just returned from 9 blissful days of travelling around Kangaroo Island slowly. Taking photos, taking in the lush green and the spring flowers.

I returned home revived and ready to take on the world again.

Yes there was a lot of driving, but I was the only one on the road most of the time. No pressure. It was actually quite relaxing.

KI Oysters is family owned, they farm thier oysters locally and they proudly showcase Kangaroo Island and South Australian Seafood.

The staff were so friendly and the service excellent.

We were a group of 9 friends, who absolutely loved this place. The were so friendly and Mabel the farm dog was a favourite too!

We hosted a large group of friends at Seascape Cottage this weekend and chose Dudley Wines for our special lunch on Sunday afternoon.

It's safe to say that we all absolutely loved the entire experience and it will be one we talk about for a long time to come!

We chose the cliff top set menu, which included a w**e, b**r or soft drink on arrival, followed by a very generous plating of grazing platters and pizzas.

We had to take home a doggy bag....and we are a ravenous bunch!

Several of us had some tasting flights and we were so impressed, we made sure to leave with a bottle or two!

Thank you so much **es for making our lunch such a memorable one. We will be back next trip!

Not that they ever went out of season for us die hards!

Seascape Cottage is not your average Airbnb Accommodation when it comes to coffee...we take ours VERY seriously!

With our coffee station, you can channel your inner barista and whip up an iced latte just the way you like it.

We have a Nespresso pod machine, a frothing stick (for those trendy foams) and coffee syrups for the sweetness... all included.

Our favourite spot to sip these is on the deck.... on a bar stool.... at the w**e barrel. Its so peaceful out there and there's usually some sweet little birds to entertain 🐦

TIP: If you love that look of the seperation of the coffee and milk (for socials photos 😉), the trick is milk and lots of ice first, then slowly add the coffee over the ice.

Our dates for the remainder of 2026 are filling fast, with no availability left for Sept/Oct. Some dates still available for Nov and a couple in early Dec. Comment PEACE and we will send you the link.

One of the things Ive always loved about staying at Seascape Cottage is the sky full of stars on a clear night.

That all levelled up this week when my friend Fiona McLeod taught me how to do astrophotography with my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy), a tripod and a 6 minute long exposure!

Mind = Blown!!

Sooooo lucky to spot this little one on the side of the road!

Im playing tour guide with my friend Fiona and we were returning from Stokes Bay when Fiona spotted this cutie on the side of the road.

We pulled over in a safe spot, popped our hazard lights on, on the car, then quietly walked back.

We didnt want to frighten it. This one was really unbothered by our presence and kept digging for its tucker and wandered freely.

We kept a distance and zoomed in with our phones/camera.

Such a wonderful experience. They can be super hard to spot!

There’s nothing quite like hearing what our guests loved about their stay.

Bettina and her group spent four nights at Seascape Cottage last summer and it seems our big outdoor deck and little glimpse of the sea were a hit!
