Spring Gully Tennis Club - OPEN DAY SUCCESS!!! 🎾💪🏼

Tennis, Music, BBQ, Jenga, 1 point slam and an incredible day in the sun…. What more could you ask for? 🎾

Thank you to everyone who came down and gave tennis a go today. 🎾

Between 10am - 1pm we saw around 100 people come through the doors to step on the court and try tennis this morning and WOW…. What a morning!! ☀️🎾😍

It was so great to meet so many new people and introduce them to the sport that we love so much.

At 11:30am we did a 1 point slam with everyone which was a lot of fun! Congratulations to Alex . W who took it out and scored himself a nice prize alongside bragging rights with his mates.

We hope to see you all in the future on the court in either lessons, socials, or just a fun family hit down at the courts.

Thursday junior match play 🎾

We are officially half way through our 6 week match play and wow wee are we having fun!

It’s amazing to see how much the kids are improving from week to week.

Each week we hand out certificates based on sportsmanship and spirit of tennis awards. We focus on effort, being a good sport and fun over the score aspect (especially in our Red and Orange groups). We have seen an incredible improvement with the kids energy on the court. As coaches this is what we love to see! 🤩😆

If your child would like to join, it’s not too late! Spots are still open for all time-slots.

Red ball: 5-6pm Park TC
Orange ball: 5-6pm @ Strathdale Park TC
Green ball: 4-5pm Gully TC
Yellow ball: 5:30-6:30pm Gully TC

Spring Gully Tennis Club Strathdale Park Tennis Club

We’re excited to invite all orange ball and green ball hotshots players to our End of Term Matchplay Day!

This event is open to all players currently training with orange and green balls and is a fantastic opportunity for the kids to play matches over 1 day in a fun, supportive environment.

Event Details:

Date: THIS Sunday, March 29th

Location: Strathdale Park TC

Cost: $15 per player

Start Times:

Orange Ball: 9:00am

Green Ball: 11:00am

It’s a great chance for players to build confidence, develop match skills, and enjoy some friendly competition with their peers.

We’d love to see as many players there as possible!
