Women for Women Instagram LIVE

We are so thrilled to be in the company of three amazing local women who are going to share with you life and how they juggle the good, the bad and the ugly for a little Instagram LIVE special!

Sunday 25th November at 2.30pm!

Who are our amazing three?

•Emily East

Emily is an author, an embodiment coach & a somatic therapist trained in Authentic Relationships and Positive Psychology. She shares tools, practices and techniques to help women feel alive and deeply connected to their bodies, their souls & their inherent feminine wisdom.

•Lill Daley .teacher.collection

Lill is a primary school teacher here in Bendigo who has experience both rurally and in the NT system. She has a special interest in the wellbeing of teachers and supporting the emotional workload of teachers. She is currently working through her Masters with a focus on teacher wellbeing. Lill is looking specifically at the role gratitude can play in helping build relationships.

•Bronwyn Williams

Bronwyn is am a qualified life coach, and its her joy to be able to coach women to understand how fear has been holding them back and to create what they really want from life. She is also an acclaimed Dance Sport coach and loves to see her students achieve their dreams.

Something big is coming!

Be a part of the Liptember Movement this September. Many local events held by local women to raise funds for .

Since 2010, the “Liptember” flagship fundraising campaign has encouraged people to wear lipstick throughout the month of September as a lighthearted and fun way to raise awareness and vital funds for women’s mental health, raising over $12 million to date.

We do all this so that every woman can achieve their optimal mental health.

Their research identifies critical areas of need; allowing us to fill the gaps in mental health programs, initiatives, support services and research - this is our commitment to making an 'informed impact’.
