Meet Paige AKA โ€œThe Big Girlโ€ ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

Paige is the definition of hard work and determination. No matter the challenge, she shows up ready to give it everything sheโ€™s got and the results are speaking for themselves ๐Ÿ‘

Recent 1RM testing results:
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Bench Press โ€” 60kg
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Squat โ€” 105kg
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Deadlift โ€” 95kg

Not only are the numbers climbing, but with a few technique adjustments, mindset coaching, and consistency in her programming, Paige is building a seriously strong foundation for the next round of testing ๐Ÿš€

This is what happens when effort meets trust in the process. Proud is an understatement ๐Ÿ‘Š

Katy is an AFL athlete and fitness enthusiast who gives 100% to every session. Currently training hard for Turf Games and the Deadly Dozen fitness competition, she continues to push her limits every week ๐Ÿ”ฅ
