🥇 BLACK-LOW GRADUATION 🥇
Seems fitting as the AFL celebrates its night of nights, that we also (finally) share ours!

On Sept 4, we had our Junior Graduation and B&F Night for our Boys U17.5 and Girls U18.

🌟 The organising committee featuring Sarah, Janet, Martine, Emily, Dani, Michaela, Anita and Katie did a fabulous red carpet job, for our very special and glammed up guests of honour!

Club Captains Rory & Josie were honoured to present Sam and Noah with Black Panther Awards, for their strong role modelling of our club values of fun, fairness, commitment, sportsmanship and respect.

Our B&F Winners were also announced:
🏆 Boys U17.5 Red - Owen M
🏆 Boys U17.5 Black - Josh P
🏆 Girls U18 Black - Jess C

A great night celebrating our graduating junior players! Thank you to our Senior Club for all the warm words of welcome and an invite to join them in 2027.

🏆 OUTSTANDING SERVICE AWARD 🏆

What a pair! Steph and Glenn are receiving an Outstanding Service Award, for the enormous contribution they have made together across Auskick and Juniors.

Steph puts in many hours to make Saturday morning Auskick run beautifully, from parent communication and sausage sizzles to coordinating with BJFC, Auskick Victoria and volunteers. For many families, Auskick is their first experience of the Burners, and Steph helps make it such a positive one.

Glenn has also given so much time to planning fun and engaging training sessions that build skills, confidence and enjoyment. Together, they have helped create a welcoming pathway for young players and families into the club. This award is to acknowledge their efforts over a number of years. Thanks Steph and Glenn!
