We are thrilled to announce an exciting new opportunity to join our progressive club in a new role overseeing the entire football program from the NPL seniors and the Division 1 PYL!
The Head of Football is the senior football leadership position within the Club and is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the Club's complete football program.
The role encompasses:
- Junior Development League β U9 to U12
- Premier Youth League β U13 to U18
- Reserve Grade and First Grade.
The Head of Football is responsible for creating and maintaining a clear and sustainable whole-of-club football philosophy and player development pathway from U9 through to First Grade.
The position will oversee coaching standards, player development, coach development, recruitment and retention, football culture and the integration of the Club's junior, youth and senior football programs.
A particular focus of the position will be working closely with the youth and Reserve Grade Coaches to develop players capable of progressing into senior football, while working collaboratively with the First Grade Coach on senior squad planning, recruitment and retention.
The objective is to build a football program capable of achieving sustained success while providing genuine opportunities for players developed within the Club to progress to First Grade.
