Just a “heads up” for our followers and friends….

Last week on Friday morning, we were, very unexpectedly, handed a NOTICE TO VACATE our commercial premises on Bronte Road in Bondi Junction.

Our landlords, Baby Village, and the building owner have ‘gone to war’ over the quality of our building.

End result… Baby Village have walked out in their lease. And, because we sub lease off Baby Village, we were given the Notice To Vacate

So… we are frantically packing up our only 2 year old premises; and searching for a new one.

WHAT WE ARE DOING…
- it seems as though an olive branch has been extended by ELIXR HEALTH CLUBS, where we will be seeing our clients for the next few weeks whilst we find a suitable new clinic and get it sorted for action.

More news to come about this option from Monday 19th… we will be calling our clients to confirm all details very soon

We currently have over 500 individual consults per month amongst our practitioners, however, we are in need of a new Physiotherapist (ideally).

Our room would suit a Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Remedial Massage Therapist, Podiatrist, Craniosacral Therapist or Reflexologist.

Room rental includes:
- Fully furnished consultation room with fully hydraulic lift table, desk, chairs and artwork
- Internet
- Waiting area for clients
- Clinic security which includes an intercom/buzzer/cameras
- Reverse cycle air conditioning, water and electricity
- A small Staff Kitchen with amenities (microwave, fridge, kettle etc.)
- Private bathroom
- Parking available in Westfield & Eastgate shopping centres and disability and paid parking on street frontage

Therapist would be responsible for cross marketing amongst businesses, client bookings and payments

So… here’s a story…

A client of ours, with a ‘sore back’ (bulging disc, nerve pain and general stiffness)

Symptoms we can relate to if we’d had this… can’t bend forward, can’t bend backwards, can’t put un**es over your feet, can’t put socks on too well, and forget about trying to tie shoelaces

Ring a bell with anyone??

His daughter has her 7th birthday party coming up on Saturday morning.. a Fairy Princess Party

3pm Friday afternoon… he gets a phone call that the 80 balloons he’d ordered are not going for be ready for Saturday morning

So… Friday night… he blows up 80 balloons BY MOUTH!!

Get this…. No sore back on Saturday morning!!

WHY??
- your diaphragm, your ‘respiratory abdominals’, your core musculature are all employed when “breathing properly”

Attached is a picture of the human diaphragm and the way in which it is attached/connected to the human spine!

The more you “breathe properly”, the more stability and support you provide your spine!

Moral of the story… learn how to breathe properly…

(You don’t have to blow up 80 balloons BTW!!)

Just a little message from us at my work.... if you could SHARE this post, it would be much appreciated.....

Winter is approaching and Full Spectrum Health Solutions has a couple of "PERMANENT & CASUAL" slots available for any trainers out there looking to get "in for the winter"!!

Essentially, I am after 1 or 2 new trainers up here at work – casual or full time.

If you know of anyone with their own businesses looking for a quality venue to train in (especially now that winter is coming along), PLEASE pass our details on to them and ask them to call – obviously in the eastern suburbs as well..... they would still run their own businesses (and be fully responsible for their businesses as well), just in our clinic.

We have a full complimentary team of health professionals – physio, osteo, massage, kinesiology, exercise physiology and personal training (as well as gym memberships!) – so anyone coming along and joining the team would have access to this suite of health management services as well.
