Seems like bossman was happy with the outcome, but now itβs time to level up for the WFF Worldβs in 3,5 weeks π
One of many reasons that I love my job is being able to participate in these training sessions ππͺ
Of course weight training is my first love, but who wouldnβt like to jump in to a fun group session every now and then! ππββοΈ

As you should know by now - I love training upper body... but push ups unfortunately are one of my least favourite exercises π€¨π¬ I still do them. I grind my teeth and get them done β
makes it better if you add few weird twists to them π€ͺ

Yesterday- a whole year after I was forced to give up my coaching job due to covid lockdown- we opened the doors at Body Fit Training Fremantle π₯³π€©
I am super excited about this new opportunity and proud to be a part of the team Freo π

Why the number on the scales isnβt always the best way of tracking your progress? π§Cause weight can fluctuate in so many reasons and scales wonβt know, if that is fat or muscle, that youβre carrying π
11 weeks and ONLY 2kg-s lost. But also gained 0,8kg muscle and dropped over 4% of bodyfat πͺ now thatβs so much better, then just looking at the number on the scales βοΈ π

And another chapter has come to an end... tonight I finished my last shift πββοΈ a massive thank you to all the ladies who I worked with, all the girls who trained with me and participated in my classes πIβll be hanging up that pink shirt π but feel free to reach out if you wanna chat, advice or just miss my evil laugh ππ
It doesnβt get easier, you just get stronger πͺπ
Couple of years ago I had a goal - do a chin up without assistance! Took me awhile, but I got there π now my PB is 8. 8! (Not on this video, but I did it π€ͺ). So what Iβm saying? Nothing happens overnight. And it is never gonna happen if you give up π
