Is your little one calling out all hours of the night needing help finding their dummy? 🥱🥱
Well listen up, because I may have a few game changing tips for you!
1️⃣The OG and all-time fave - scatter several dummies around the cot for your little one to reach out & find.
2️⃣ If your baby is 7 months +, attach a couple of dummies to they comforter. Much easier to find & less likely to fall out of the cot at night!
3️⃣ Grab some glow in the dark dummies for better visibility.
And the big one…
4️⃣ Teach your little one how to find and replace it on their own!

Client Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This beautiful family came to me exhausted — nights broken every 2 hours, split nights, constant rocking, contact settling and short naps.
Together, we created a responsive plan that honoured their breastfeeding and parenting choices… and the transformation was incredible.
Their 15-month-old now settles happily in his cot, drifts off without feeds or rocking (sometimes with giggles 🥹), enjoys long, restorative daytime naps, and wakes just once overnight.
The biggest win?
Their mental health, confidence and evenings were restored.
No more going to bed anxious about what the night will bring.
If you’re struggling, you don’t have to keep doing it alone.
DM me if you’d like sleep to feel easier too.

“Within a few nights, our son went from 2–4 overnight wakings to sleeping through with just one feed.”
Before we started Mr 7 months needed his dummy & patting to fall asleep for naps & at night. His naps were short/inconsistent and he was waking 2-4 times overnight & having 2 feeds.
After… Ditched the dummy & self settling day & night, 1 night feed & some glorious long naps on his new routine.
It’s incredible what consistency, support, & a plan tailored to your baby can do.
Thank you to this wonderful family for trusting me on your sleep journey 🌙✨

Starting solids can be such a fun and exciting time!
But did you know that new foods can sometimes affect your baby’s sleep?
Many babies are starting solids around 6 months of age. Until then, your baby has only had breastmilk or formula as their source of nutrition.
When we introduce new foods, it can sometimes make their tummy feel a bit different.
Not only that but the addition of fibre can change the consistency of your little one’s poos.
Allergens can also cause discomfort & reactions in some children.
Now that we break it down we can see how new foods can cause new & unusual feelings in our little one’s tummies, which can sometimes affect their sleep.
To help avoid major tummy issues or sleep disruptions:
Introduce one new food at a time to start with.
Do this in middle of the day so it doesn’t disrupt their night sleep.
Maintain good milk feeds & offer water with meals to help prevent constipation.
And of course monitor your little one for any reactions & consult with your doctor if required.
