Does lifting weights make women bulky or strong???
I hear this question from women all the time… and the answer is NO 🙅‍♀️

Just finished writing my online fitness book! It was suppose to be a short guide to my online program. 66 pages later and I have finished (although I could add another 66).
Trialling the program over the next 8 weeks for the big release in January! All you will need is a few kettlebells, dumbbells and mini bands and this program can be done AT HOME!!!!!

When you have a day to recharge and rest. The sauna and pool was tough today! But it provided me clarity to get in and get stuck into work! Make sure you take time to care for your mental health!

TOO RIGHT IT IS!!!!! The hardest part of any fitness journey is starting!
Do you feel that you have tried so many FADS only to feel at the end you fail? 🙋

In planning for the upcoming release of 8 weeks with TBK I want to ask a simple question, do you prefer to train at a gym or at home?
Both have advantages and disadvantages... here are a few:
Home workouts:
Pros
- Ability to train in your own home surrounded by your family.
- No intimidation from other 'gym members'
- Being able to train anytime that suits you and that you can fit it in your day
Cons
- Limited access to full selection of equipment (but to be honest you don't need it)
- As a mum always having other home tasks to complete and not prioritising yourself
Gym
Pros
- Full selection of machines
- Access to other facilities within the gym (Sauna etc)
Cons
- $$$ PRICEY $$$
- Equipment unavailable during the 'peak times'
- intimidating environment
As you can see there is certainly pros/cons to wherever you train. The only think you have to think about what is right and fits into your lifestyle. You don't need to have fancy equipment to get fit, strong and lean. You can achieve results you desire with consistency in the gym ()even be it only 30 mins/3 days per week), good nutrition, sleep, steps and water.
If you are looking for results no matter where you train my new program is the one for you. 30 mins/3 times per week, 1:1 check ins each week for accountability and so much more.

I believe this 150%! Thats why I constantly work hard to provide my best classes, programs and nutrition support to my clients! The last comment is true! People don’t understand what it is like to train with me until you are! Then you couldn’t imagine not having me in your corner!
