I have an eye for technique correction and improvement.
I have been coaching since 2013 and hold certification Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and am level 2 certified.
I have been providing programming for groups and individuals for over 10 years.

I have limited spots on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5am-5:30am for small group pt sessions @ $10 per session. Basic fundamental movement knowledge required. Message to book in for these, held at Parkinson Aquatic center.

I can run session from home, come to you (locally) or hold them at Parkinson aquatic center!

Just putting it out there that I have 3 spots available for group sessions which are strength based, suitable for ALL strength levels and abilities.
These are 5am-5:30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday at $30 for all three sessions.
