After an intense game week, there haven’t been many changes in the overall standings. The undefeated side, DRUK RAVEN FC, continues to dominate the top of the points table with 13 points from 5 matches. However, there have been significant shifts in the mid-table positions.

In Week 5, 𝐊𝐞𝐥𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐩 of Druk Gunners FC made headlines by scoring a remarkable 8 goals in a single match, while 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐭𝐬𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐲𝐞𝐥 of Dragon FC scored 3 goals, earning them the title of 𝑯𝒂𝒕-𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒐 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌.

No clean sheets were recorded this week. Nevertheless, 𝐓𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐩 of Druk Phoenix FC still leads the 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 chart with 2 clean sheets to his name. Meanwhile, 𝐘𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐣𝐢 of Kuzu Zangpo FC continues to lead the goal-scoring chart with an impressive total of 18 goals.

After securing two consecutive massive wins, Brengpa FC sits atop the points table in Week 2 of the BB League 2025, with a solid 6 points.

Week 2 also witnessed the biggest scorelines of the season so far, with several players finding the net multiple times. Dhendup Gyeltshen of Phokkhan FC and Kenny Lhendup of RED PHOJA FC both completed hat-tricks, but it was Kuzu Zangpo FC’s Yeshi Dorji Wangdi who stood out, scoring an incredible 12 goals in a single match—bringing his total to 14 goals in just two matches.

Notably, no clean sheets were recorded in Week 2. However, Tshering Samdup (Druk Phoenix FC), Pema Sangay (Brengpa FC), and Tandin Namgay (Dragon FC) continue to lead the Golden Glove race, each having kept one clean sheet so far.

The schedules are here for the battle! The league inaugural week is just days away, and we're in for some thrilling clashes you won’t want to miss.

In the opening match, the defending champions, Red Phoja FC, will take on the newcomers, Druk Phoenix FC. Both teams boast strong squad depth. Red Phoja, with their new signing — superstar Kenny Lhendup playing as striker — aim for a positive start. Meanwhile, Druk Phoenix, led by former national star Bonks, will also be targeting nothing less than three points.

Another exciting match sees last season’s runners-up, Druk Raven FC, face off against the unpredictable Phokkan FC, who are making their debut in the league this year. Both teams are packed with young talent and will be eager to begin the season with confidence and crucial points. These two are considered top favorites for the season, alongside others.

On Field Two, the formidable Brengpa FC will go head-to-head with another new team, Mayum FC, who have brought in impressive signings and fresh talent that could make waves this season. In the same field, one of the oldest teams, Dragon FC, known for their experienced and skillful players, will lock horns with the talented Druk Gunners FC. Spectators will find it hard to keep their eyes on both fields, as there will be plenty of exciting action happening simultaneously.

The final match of the week will feature Kuzu Zangpo FC, known for their beautiful gameplay, taking on Druk City FC, who made headlines last year during the Interstate Championship. Druk City are eager to redeem themselves after leaving things unfinished with Kuzu from last season. All eyes will be on Kuzu’s new lethal signing, Yeshey Dorji, the current national forward. Although it may be a cold Saturday night, this match is sure to heat things up from the very start.

25 teams have confirmed their registration for the upcoming annual 5A-side one-day tournament. Organised by Kharchu Centre Australia Brisbane, the competition will be held for the first time in Astro Turf ground in Mitchelton Football Club, Everton Park on 16th November to celebrate HM K4’s Birth Anniversary and End of the Year Celebration.

25 teams will be drawn into 4 Groups (A, B, C & D) of 6 teams, except Group A with 7 teams. Group Fixture Draw will take place this Saturday at 2:00 PM and will be LIVE streamed on DRUK RAVEN FC page.
