The Friday 6am crew working through a side-lying series to strengthen and stabilise the lateral line — glutes, inner thighs, and obliques all in play. With the doors open and the chorus of the birds, we set the tone for a strong, steady day. It’s amazing what a little breath-led movement can do for your body and your mindset.

Movement is personal, but it’s also something we share. I do Pilates for my back, my running, my kids — and because I love it. Pilates isn’t just about core strength — it’s about living life on your own terms. Whether it’s chasing kids or chasing goals, movement helps us keep doing what we love. I look forward to teaching this class every week. I've been working with this dedicated group for over 3 years now. We meet weekly via Zoom and work through a series of seated and standing core, balance and upper and lower body strength.
