The hardest fight you’ll ever have isn’t against another person.
It’s the battle with your own excuses, your own ego, and the voice in your head telling you to take the easy path.
Every day you either build yourself stronger, or you let your bad habits take control. Discipline beats motivation. Consistency beats emotion.
At the end of the day, it’s always been you vs you.
Make sure the stronger version wins. ⚔️🔥

Six years ago, Andy “Spinning Dragon” Robertson stepped out of the ring.
Now, after years spent coaching, building fighters, and leading from the sidelines, our head coach is stepping back through the ropes.
Andy will return to fight for the Australian WKBF Welterweight Full Thai Rules Title.
No tune-up fights. No easing back into it. Straight into the deep end.
Time to go to war.

Last night the boys from Spinning Dragon Fight Club stepped through the ropes and did the gym proud.
Kane, Ashton and Blake all fought with courage and composure, going the distance in very close fights that could have gone either way. It was a tough job for the judges.
We came away with one win and two lessons, and that’s part of the fight journey. Every time we step into the ring we gain experience, sharpen our skills, and grow stronger.
Proud of these lads for the way they represented the team.
Back to the gym Monday. The work continues. 🐉🥊
