Last Friday we swapped the studio for something a little cosier. A winter catch-up at Ashgrove Golf Club! 🍂
These evenings are one of our favourite things to do. Getting together outside of sessions, sharing a laugh, and enjoying each other's company. That's what this community is all about.

Balance isn't something you either have or you don't. It's a skill, and skills can be trained at any age.
We weave balance training through almost every session at The Gap and Ashgrove. A slow, controlled step here. A single-leg hold there. Those small moments add up to stronger muscles, more confidence on your feet and greater independence.
