💥 RACE SKILLS WORKSHOPS | Winter Series #4 – Starts

Our final workshop of the Winter Series is coming up on Saturday 29 August!

This time we’ll focus on race starts — reaction time, body position, explosive take-off, clean entry and carrying speed into the underwater phase.

💳 $25 – cash or card on the day

For swimmers aged 8–12. No booking required, and non-GPSS swimmers are more than welcome to join.

🦋 Workshop #3 – Butterfly done and dusted!

Another fun and engaging afternoon of learning, where our swimmers explored the strategies, rhythm and timing needed to make butterfly feel smoother, more efficient and, most importantly, more enjoyable.

Butterfly has a reputation for being swimming’s toughest stroke, but by breaking it down into simple skills and focusing on technique, our swimmers discovered that it doesn’t have to be intimidating.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and gave it their best. We can’t wait to see these new skills put into practice at training and racing!

🦋 RACE SKILLS WORKSHOPS | Winter Series #3 – Butterfly

Butterfly doesn’t have to be scary!

Join us next Saturday as we break the stroke down into simple, effective skills that will help swimmers build confidence, improve rhythm and timing, and swim butterfly more efficiently.

Coach Stefano, a former Italian National Team butterfly swimmer, will share the techniques and strategies that helped him master one of swimming’s most challenging strokes.
