30/05/2026
25 swimmers joined us today for Workshop #2 of our Race Skills Winter Series, focusing on developing bulletproof underwaters.
It was a fun and productive afternoon, with swimmers learning how to improve their streamline, dolphin kicks, breaststroke pullouts and breakouts β the skills that make up what is call the βfifth strokeβ.
A big thank you to everyone who came along and gave it their best effort. Now itβs time to get racing and put those new skills into practice!
Well done, team! πββοΈ
