IT’S MOVE IT MONDAY 4 exercisers!
It’s been a while between posts. Starting in spring, I’ll be upgrading to video posts so you can follow along at home.
In the mean time my 4 MINUTE FITNESS REBOOT is done!! I’ll do another after work & possibly a low intensity one on my lunch break.

4 minutes fitness reboot DONE!
I’ve had a few weeks off with allergies & being run down but I’m back on board with my 4 EXERCISES morning routines. And of course with the usual reward of coffee & a quick read before breaky, then work.

4 minute mini-meditation DONE!
I had to start work early so I beat the traffic & did my meditation in the car park today. Thankfully no one was around to see me ‘sleeping’ in my car for 4 minutes. 😑😳

4 STRETCHES are done!
In fact as I’m really trying to be more flexible, I’m actually do more than 4 basic stretches but I always start with them:
- thigh stretch;
- glutes stretch:
- chest stretch; and
- back stretch.

Pistol squats x 20 each leg;
Pushups x 30;
Supermans x 20; and
Pike crunches x 10.
Now my reward, coffee........

4 minutes of HIT (high intensity training), morning & night on Mondays.
I must have been really moving on my 20 minute walk this morning..... of course followed by by my 4 minute cardio HIT (high intensity training).
