Friday was one of those days where I couldn’t seem to concentrate on any one thing.

I woke up with a thousand thoughts plaguing my mind and knew almost immediately I shouldn’t be alone.

Rather than hiding out at the park down the road, I found my way to Good Vibes Nutrition where Meri, Bianca & Leanne made my day.

After having an appointment near Fountain Gate yesterday, I took some time to catch my breath.

The last few days have been an adjustment so I felt like I needed to just take a moment to realign & reflect.

Couldn’t pass up the opportunity to enjoy the good vibes

A lot of the time I forget to take a moment to reflect and be grateful.

Yesterday I spent the morning in Berwick with my journal and I wrote down everything that was on my mind. The good, the bad and the lessons I’ve learned since the last time I wrote.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow.
