In partnership with Iconz Rugby, Training & Sportswear , Norths Junior Rugby welcomes all 5-12 year old Boys and Girls who want to improve on their rugby skills while having lots of fun!
This 3 Day Clinic will look at Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility, Core Strength, Speed Endurance, Wrestling, Kicking and Passing.
