It was yesterday.

I meant to post but I didn't, I'm not sure why. Some years it feels easier, other years it's harder. Yesterday I think it felt harder because in a few days it will be 10 years since I said goodbye to my brilliant mum.

Cancer is a complete s**t of a thing. But one of the reasons I'm studying exercise physiology is because movement is a vital tool in helping prevent, cure and recover from cancer.

Also, check your b***s. Check them often and check them well.
