Formula 1 is about to get a whole lot faster. Mercedes has revealed its 2026 F1 cars could push the limits of physics and touch an insane 400 km/h on track. ā

To put that in perspective, thatās Bugatti Chiron territory⦠only with open wheels, zero margin for error, and drivers who are basically strapped to rockets in fireproof overalls. ā

The new regulations, smaller chassis, and aero tweaks are designed to make the cars lighter and more efficient, and Mercedes engineers clearly believe the ceiling hasnāt been reached yet. ā

Whether they actually crack 400 or not, the arms race is on. Red Bull, Ferrari, McLaren the pressureās now squarely on them. ā
