No matter the age or experience level, Box Femme caters for all.

Be like Xyla Rose, a 9 year old pocket rocket who had the guts to come to a boxing class with 39 other women (a lot older than her might I add), to box her little heart out.

Hell, that takes confidence, discipline and a lot of drive. Stepping out of your comfort zone is the only way you are going to grow as a person.

Get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. That's when life truely begins.

I’m so grateful to am able to share this passion of mine with so many humans and to see everyone’s faces light up when they finally get to experience this powerful sport ❤️

This Saturday 14th Nov at .heads, we’ll be celebrating our 1st birthday, BOX FEMME style 👊🏽🥳

We’ll be teaming up with some amazing brands, including , and the team at .physiotherapy who will be offering free consults and strapping on the day!
