These photos say a million words but here is a bit about her journey.
Prior to signing up at , Courtney was struggling to find motivation and confidence to get back into a routine.
After catching up to figure out a game plan Courtney signed up to do 2 x 30min sessions per week.
In the last 12 months I have seen build her confidence both inside and outside the gym. On top of that she has created a healthy and consistent training schedule and flexible nutrition plan, now having the confidence to train on her own and participate in small group classes. She always puts her all into every session and the results show in her progression shots.
