In any area of life, setbacks are inevitable - this is exactly the same for health and fitness goals 🏋🏼‍♀️

⁣UTILISE your UNILATERALS🦿⠀

Improve balance, core stability and muscular imbalances with single-sided exercises. A great way to increase the difficulty of your exercises with only light weights available given the current circumstances!⠀

Here Nikki is demonstrating a bulgarian split squat. Simultaneously stretching the opposite hip flexor, this is one of the more challenging unilateral, lower body exercises.⠀

Did I mention she’s also doing this with 20kg?! Well done Nikki 👏
