We're very excited to take the reigns today of Salisbury Pilates and Fitness and CrossFit King. We're also very excited to introduce Taylah Roncato as the Manager of both halves of the business. Taylah is an Exercise and Sport Scientist with Reformer Pilates, Personal Training and Group Fitness qualifications. Taylah has a background in travel management as well as group fitness management for one of Brisbane's largest gyms. She is also a former high level soccer player. Taylah is your point of contact for all membership related questions for both Pilates and Crossfit.
Alison and I thank Jim and April for all their help in making the ownership transition smooth and easy. We can see why the members love them so much and we are honoured to take on the community they have built. We wish them both all the best for their future business and personal endeavours. They've been great people to work with through this process over the preceding months.
We look forward to meeting as many members as possible over the coming weeks and feel privileged to be part of this great community. See you all soon, Alison & Damon

This week, we challenge you all to spend at least 5mins after a class doing some static mobility. Some of the many benefits include:
✔️reduction in soreness & stiffness
✔️improvement in mobility
✔️improvement in technique and movement quality (with consistency)

Hi everyone, we are putting the CrossFit Kids classes on hold for this term (term 3). Our apologies to the parents and kids who might have been planning on coming along to the Saturday classes. We'll let you all know about term 4 closer to the potential starting date.

These girls are amazing role models for young women and embody the message of growing confidence, building strength and resilience and future proofing the body. 💪💪. We are so lucky to have female role models of all ages, sizes and experience here at CrossFit King. Did you know we have more female members than males? 52.9% women. Woot woot !!
